Sacco Mann are keen to speak to Private Client Chartered Legal Executives on behalf of a leading specialist firm. This successful firm is well-respected and has a great reputation in the market. Joining the firms Sheffield offices, you be working in a leading team specialising in the advice to private individuals and trustees on trust management, probate, and estate planning.

The Role

Joining the successful Private Client team, you will manage your own caseload and provide specialist estate administration advice, inheritance tax planning, capital gains and income tax related advice for estate periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with all aspects of probate and inheritance tax related advice.
  • Dealing with correspondence and direct contact with clients.
  • Engaging in business development activities and being active in the promotion of the firm and seeking opportunities for new work.
  • Developing ongoing relationships with an existing client based
  • Ensuring files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures

About You

  • Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with 5 + years' experience within estate administration.
  • Experience in trust administration is preferable.
  • Strong technical ability and attention to detail
  • Strong client care skills to provide pragmatic and cost-efficient advice.
  • Enthusiastic, keen to develop self and team
