Legal Secretary- Residential ConveyancingUp to £26,000Crystal Peaks, SheffieldFull time or part time, permanent or temporaryAbout the Firm & Role:CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a multi-specialist law firm with offices across South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established Law Firm at their office in the south east area of Sheffield.Whilst the role is a permanent position, individuals who are available on a contract or temporary basis will also be welcomed to apply for this role. Whilst not a pre-requisite for the role, experience of the Liberate and Big Hand systems would be ideal.If successful, you will perform the following role as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary:

  • Submit searches and complete Land Registry Applications.
  • Providing secretarial support (audio typing and document production).
  • Efficient administration skills associated with a busy office environment.
  • Setting up new client files and carrying out case management.
  • Some diary management and telephone contact.
  • Corresponding with clients.

About you:

  • Ability to work independently to a high standard and to effectively prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • High standards of client and customer service.
  • Previous experience in as a legal secretary ideally within a residential or commercial property capacity
