This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive private client team, assisting with a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full secretarial support to solicitors and fee earners in the Private Client department
  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, booking appointments, and handling client communications
  • Opening and closing files, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with document production
  • Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional and sensitive manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within Private Client law
  • Excellent typing and IT skills, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Professional, discreet, and able to manage confidential information effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
