Due to continued growth within their Risk & Compliance function, the firm is expanding its Legal Conflicts team and seeking multiple Conflicts Assistants to join their dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client searches using internal systems and databases
  • Coordinate with global offices to process and manage conflict check requests
  • Analyse search outcomes and related data to identify potential conflicts of interest
  • Review media and external sources to assess reputational risk
  • Assist in the preparation of conflict reports under the supervision of a Conflicts Analyst
  • Support the Legal Conflicts team with a range of administrative tasks

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Degree educated with a minimum 2:1 classification
  • ???????Previous experience in a professional services environment is desirable
  • Exposure to anti-money laundering, compliance, or risk-related work is beneficial
  • Analytical or research-based experience is a plus
