As a Legal Helpline Adviser, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking legal guidance and support. You'll respond to a wide range of legal queries over the phone and in writing, helping clients understand their rights and options in areas such as employment, contracts, housing, and consumer law. Full training will be provided, and you'll work under the supervision of qualified solicitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and written enquiries from clients in a professional and supportive manner
  • Provide clear, accurate, and practical legal information in plain English
  • Record case details and maintain accurate client records
  • Refer more complex matters to senior advisers or solicitors as appropriate
  • Keep up to date with relevant legal developments and procedures
