- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar conveyancing role
- A good knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures is essential
- Exemplary client care and communication skills
- The ability to facilitate the exchange of contracts and prepare financial statements, SDLT submissions as well as certificates for title for advance funds.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisation skills.,
