My client in South Yorkshire are looking to appoint a talented People Partner on a Contract basis.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will guide a team of HR Consultants, support complex casework, and work closely with employment law specialists to bring cases to timely and effective resolution.

- Salary: 350-400 per day, Inside IR35

About the role:
Based in South Yorkshire (Hybrid):
- Act as a trusted HR partner, providing strategic and operational support across all HR functions.
- Lead and develop a team of HR consultants, ensuring consistent and effective service delivery.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives to align resources with organisational priorities.
- Oversee high-volume casework, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Strong generalist HR expertise, including workforce planning and employment law
- CIPD qualified
- Local Authority experience is essential
