Structured work week with shifts from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday, allowing ample time for personal pursuits.

This is a permanent role, that would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Technician / Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Technician / Multiskilled Engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing environment.

Role Essentials:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on an array of mechanical equipment, striving for maximum efficiency and minimal disruption.
Expertly diagnose and resolve mechanical malfunctions, showcasing your problem-solving abilities.
Actively participate in the evolution of maintenance strategies, ensuring they align with best practices and industry standards.

Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in mechanical maintenance within a dynamic industrial setting.
Apprentice Trained - NVQ L3 or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Adept at working within a team, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a collective goal.
Commitment to health and safety protocols, with a history of adhering to and promoting safe working practices.
