We're working with a well-established civil engineering contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller to support a busy groundworks project in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise all site documentation
- Maintain filing systems, site records, and drawing registers
- Support the site team with general admin tasks
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company and site procedures
- Pre induction and timesheet management for operatives
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role
- Groundworks or civils background is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using document management systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and support a busy site team
