Our client is a leading name within the Water Treatment industry, with a strong presence in Yorkshire. They are an independent outfit who have a mixed portfolio of clients, including: commercial, manufacturing, healthcare and local authority. Applicants will need strong verbal and written communication skills in order to successfully handle client and internal enquiries. Salaries are competitive and benefits packages are comprehensive.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Will have strong experience providing administrative support to a busy Water Treatment / Legionella company
- Ideally will have good technical knowledge
- Robust IT and literacy skills
- Good telephone manner
- Organised
- Able to prioritise workloads
The Role:
- Working within a busy Water Treatment / Legionella outfit, you will be providing administrative support to internal and external parties
- Receiving enquiries from clients and ensuring to divert to the correct department / individual
- Processing site paperwork and updating company records
- Arranging site access for appointments
- Maintaining and building strong working relationships with clients
- Booking in reactive and PPM projects for engineers
- Overseeing travel and accommodation reservations
- General administrative duties to support members of management within the business
