Responsibilities of the Production Manager will include:

Motivate a dedicated team of Machinists, planners, NDT and Technical employees fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development
Implement KPIs and visual management tools to track and enhance productivity
Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
Manage budgets with a focus on cost control and strategic investment
Maintain accurate product stock levels to meet demanding production schedules
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximise machinery output, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards
