Engineering Labourer

Contek Recruitment are currently exclusively working with a precision engineering client, based in Sheffield. Due to growth, are now looking for aMachine Shop Labourerto join their team on apermanentbasis.

Our client specialise in the manufacture of parts and components for the Oil and Gas industry.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday (Early Finish on Fridays)

Pay:26,665 per year (Equivalent to 14.81 per hour)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Moving materials around the factory using FLT and overhead crane.
• Helping out around the workshop, assisting machinists with anything that they need.
• Emptying swarf containers.
• Keeping the workshop in a clean and tidy state.
• Basic assembly using hand tools.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Previous experience working with metal parts is preferred.
• FLT license.
