Thompsons Solicitors is seeking an experienced and efficient Office Administrator to support the Regional Managing Partner, Regional Managers, and wider office teams. This is a key role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across business and administrative functions.

The role....

This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our branch by overseeing business processes, coordinating office and property services. You’ll manage office budgets, authorise expenses and invoices, maintain client and employee records, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you'll champion administrative best practice and support day-to-day office needs including health and safety compliance. You’ll also lead and supervise a team of Administrative Assistants, offering guidance and performance support.

We're seeking someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, strong IT proficiency, and a proactive, client-focused approach. You should be adaptable, discreet, and confident managing a wide range of responsibilities independently and collaboratively. An understanding of the Trade Union movement is a welcome advantage.
