Day-to-day of the role:- Carry out specific trade work and multi-trade duties, including maintenance and repairs to all types of properties and social spaces.
- Work as part of a team to meet performance targets and maintain compliance with the SCC Health and Safety Policy, as well as other relevant legislation, regulations, and good practices.
- Provide a customer-focused service that results in high levels of customer satisfaction, helping to maintain and enhance the reputation of Sheffield City Council.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in plumbing.
- Proven experience in plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices related to plumbing and property maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
