We're Hiring: Strategy Planning Manager - Sheffield (Hybrid Role)

We're looking for someone who can support high-level planning, manage strategic initiatives, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders. This hybrid position requires 3 days a week onsite in Sheffield and offers a dynamic work environment.

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Strategy Planning Manager to support strategic initiatives, planning cycles, and senior stakeholder engagement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare clear and impactful presentations for senior leadership.
• Shape and deliver ad hoc strategic tasks and initiatives.
• Manage and track project activities using tools such as Monday.com.
• Lead and support the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver on key strategic goals.

• 5+ years of experience in Technology or Financial Services domains.
• Demonstrated success in supporting planning and strategic execution at a senior level.
