The Role

Academics is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to work across Nursery and Reception in a variety of primary schools in Sheffield.As an EYFS Teacher, you'll guide young learners through creative, play-led activities that support early development.These positions are on a temporary basis but may lead to permanent roles in Sheffield schools.A fantastic opportunity for any EYFS Teacher looking to make a change or return to the classroom.Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, we'd love to hear from you.

EYFS Teacher Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Help children develop early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and school teams to support a nurturing environment.
• Track pupil progress and communicate with parents and carers.
• Bring enthusiasm and care to your role as an EYFS Teacher.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified EYFS Teacher with UK classroom experience (QTS or equivalent).
• Someone with a passion for early years learning and child development.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply).
• Confident communication and classroom management skills.
