This Manufacturing Supervisor position is with a well-established Sheffield-based manufacturer who are investing in their future by expanding operations. The company runs a 24/7 manufacturing site and are now looking to strengthen their team to meet increased demand. Your Role Will Include:

Supervising a team of up to 18 operators within a busy manufacturing operation.
Overseeing equipment, people, and processes across a 24/7 site.
Ensuring safe working practices and maintaining high standards of productivity.
Taking responsibility for day-to-day operations and problem-solving as required.

What You'll Need:

Proven experience supervising operators within a manufacturing environment.
Flexibility to work on a shift pattern, including both days and nights (6-6).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support your team.
