A leading construction and property consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Sheffield office. The RoleAs a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of a variety of schemes, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams across all project stages, managing risk, programme, and delivery while representing the consultancy’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities- Manage and deliver projects through all RIBA stages
- Oversee procurement, risk management, and cost control
- Administer JCT and NEC contracts
- Lead stakeholder engagement across clients, contractors, and design teams
- Produce detailed progress reports and ensure project governance
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth in Sheffield
You’ll ideally have:
- A degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
- 3–6 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong background in healthcare, education, or public-sector projects
- Excellent understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Working toward or already achieved RICS or APM chartership
