Due to continued success and expansion, the company now operates nationwide, undertaking projects that range from smaller works valued between £5,000-£20,000 to major works worth up to £1 million. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about contributing to the company's ongoing growth and excited to gain experience across a broad spectrum of projects.In this role, you will be based at the Sheffield office, primarily supporting the delivery of smaller works projects. Key responsibilities include assisting with cost planning, contract preparation, attending project review meetings, and handling general administrative tasks. You will also play a part in maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. While the role is predominantly office-based, there may be occasional, accompanied travel to project sites.To be considered for this role, you must be motivated to develop and progress your career in a Quantity Surveyor role.
