An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist firm based in Sheffield. This role involves full commercial management of infrastructure-related projects, with a focus on NEC 3 & 4 contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate NEC 3 & 4 contracts
  • Draft short-form contracts for the supply chain
  • Provide project rates and costings
  • Manage and negotiate Compensation Events (CEs)
  • Set up and track projects in Xero (with finance support)
  • Raise invoices, send applications, and manage CVRs
  • Maintain commercial trackers and upload to client portals

About You:

  • Strong experience with NEC contracts
  • Proven QS background, preferably within infrastructure or engineering
  • Proficiency in Xero (or similar systems)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
