Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an expanding manufacturing business who are looking for a proactive and influential SHEQ Manager to take full ownership of their Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality systems.

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll:

- Set the strategic direction for SHEQ across the business- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 17025- Lead and develop a high-performing SHEQ team- Oversee audits, risk assessments, investigations, and continuous improvement projects- Drive initiatives that reduce environmental impact and enhance operational excellence- Champion quality, safety, and compliance across all departments and sites

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent (Desirable)- Brings strong SHEQ leadership in a fast-paced engineering or technical environment- Has excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills- Is confident working independently and with senior stakeholders
