Job Title: Estate Agent Branch Manager
My client is looking for a Branch Manager for their new office on the outskirts of Sheffield. Are you a current Branch Manager who feels they have gone as far as they can with their current company and need a new challenge or, an experienced Valuer or senior sales negotiator who is wanting to step up to Management.
This is a fast-paced award winning company who needs a motivated Manager who doesn't take 'No' as an answer. They are looking for someone who exceeds KPI's, motivates staff, a good listener with empathy & the last person to leave the office.
This is an office-based job 5 days a week with 1 in 4 Saturdays. The role will mainly be to ensure the smooth running of the office ensuring targets are achieved along with 1 to 1 monthly staff meeting. You will be expected to cover valuations when the branch valuer is away from the office or to help out, therefore previous experience of valuing is essential.
A full clean driving licence is also required.
