Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Focus on generating new business and securing repeat business by effectively marketing properties and gaining new instructions.
  • Utilise various marketing skills to present properties attractively to potential buyers.
  • Prepare detailed and appealing brochures for each property, including photographs and written descriptions.
  • Engage in local area canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping to promote available properties and services.
  • Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards and complete contracts efficiently.
  • Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property valuation or a similar role within real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills to effectively promote properties.
  • Motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commission.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for property visits and client meetings.
