Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Blundells team based in Greystones. What We’re Looking For:
  • Estate agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
  • Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Your Role:
  • Generate and book valuations.
  • Qualify and service new applicants.
  • Carry out property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
  • Administer tenancies (with support).
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
