Cobalt are partnering with a global managing agent to find an Estate Manager for an exciting new mixed-use development located in the south Yorkshire region.

This vibrant project spans over a vast area and features a blend of office spaces, residential apartments and leisure amenities all designed to foster a dynamic and inclusive community.

As Estates Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for occupiers and visitors, while ensuring the site remains safe, legally compliant, and sustainable. Representing both the development and its key stakeholders, you will help elevate the profile of this flagship destination.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing day-to-day property management and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and legal requirements.

  • Providing outstanding customer service and encouraging a strong sense of community throughout the estate.

  • Leading and coordinating site-based teams and suppliers to maintain high operational standards.

  • Collaborating with leasing agents, asset managers, and other partners to meet strategic goals.

  • Managing the operational performance of the estate, including financial targets, compliance, and sustainability efforts.

  • Setting, managing and reconciling service charge budgets.

The successful candidate will have a background in property management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for creating an excellent experience for all estate users.

An IOSH qualification is necessary for this riole, whilst an IWFM membership is desireable.
