Client Details

My client is a leading FMCG business who supplies food products to all major supermarkets across the UK. They are searching for a Change Lead as they enter an exciting period of transformation.

They are currently rolling out a large scale HR transformation programme and are looking for someone with experience in this space.

This role is permanent, with hybrid working (1 day a week in Sheffield) plus some travel to UK sites.

Description

  • Set up and manage a clear process for delivering changes across the organization, focusing on important projects.
  • Enhance the organization's ability to manage change by developing a skilled team across various departments.
  • Help leadership decide which projects to prioritize and when, ensuring changes are implemented successfully.
  • Develop a strategy that aligns project goals with overall objectives for effective change.
  • Ensure the right resources are in place for training, communication, and support during the change process.
  • Keep leaders informed about how changes are affecting the business and regularly review progress.

Profile

  • Successfully managed large-scale change from a HR transformation perspective
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in change management processes and methods.
  • Strong understanding of how people experience and adapt to change.
  • Skilled in project management.
  • Proactive, organized, and flexible, with a strong drive to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Full drivers licence
