The Role
As Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new client acquisition. You will identify and pursue opportunities across key sectors such as retail, heritage, manufacturing, property, and construction. This is a role for someone with a solid understanding of agency services and a proven record of generating and converting leads.

Duties:

  • Researching and identifying high-value business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline

  • Reporting regularly to senior management
  • Representing the agency at industry events and within the Sheffield City Region

  • Strong experience in business development, within a creative, branding, or digital agency 4 years +
  • Excellent knowledge of the marketing and digital landscape
  • Proven ability to hit growth targets and develop key relationships
  • Strategic mindset with an eye for opportunity
  • Confident communicator with top-notch written and verbal skills
  • A network of relevant contacts is a bonus

Location & Flexibility
The role is based near the city centre of Sheffield ( Free car parking ) Hybrid working is supported, but the successful candidate will be expected to work from the office a minimum of three days per week.
