Are you a Bioscience graduate or have lab experience but want to leave the lab behind? Do you love talking science and want to use your knowledge in a commercial, client-focused environment?

We are supporting our client who works within the Bio Science arena and they are seeking an Internal Sales Associate who, ideally, has worked on protein expression and purification and would relish the opportunity to speak to Universities and research centres across the UK.  It’s the perfect step into scientific sales/account management where your technical understanding meets your people skills.

 What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert for clients needing product advice and support
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and follow up with quotes and sales
  • Build lasting relationships across the life sciences sector
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and field sales teams
  • Specialise in your given area – from diagnostics to research tools
  • Utilise the CRM to record information and support you into achieving your goals.

Where will you be working and what hours?

The role entails working from the very modern Head Office that incorporates offices and laboratories located on the Sheffield/Rotherham boarder.

Hours of work are either 8.30pm to 5pm or 9.00pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. On this business park there is plenty of parking available.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary - £26,000 to £28,000 plus bonus. (circa £6,000 per annum uncapped).
  • Bonus paid out as a % of the turnover you have generated so you will always earn bonus but if you achieve your sales target, you will receive double bonus!
