Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity starting in September 2025? Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in North Sheffield for a full-time maternity cover position.

About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school community. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring progress and engagement in line with the national curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in Mathematics
Plan and assess in accordance with school policies and curriculum requirements
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Support students in achieving academic success and personal growth
Participate in departmental meetings and school life as a full member of staff

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 and KS4)
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
