Prospero Teaching is working closely with a well-regarded secondary school in Sheffield that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is to cover a maternity leave and will involve teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Plan and assess pupils' progress in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Be confident in managing classroom behaviour.
- Be committed to raising standards and improving student outcomes.
