Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across 3 showrooms
Lead and support a team of 8 designers
Maintain showroom standards and customer experience
Monitor team performance and drive sales
Liaise with senior management on business strategy
Requirements:
Experience in showroom, retail, or design management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for premium interiors and customer service
Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
