We are looking for an Operations Support Coordinator for a permanent position based with our client in Sheffield.
Immediate start available (Subject to interview process)
Salary is 27,500 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager and team with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update training records, tackle and warehousing registers and more.
- Complete internal and external forms along with costing sheets accurately.
- Keep physical and digital filing systems organised and up to date.
- Ensure all paperwork is properly maintained and accessible.
- Assist with general office duties and additional tasks assigned by the operations team and company directors.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support our Accounts Team.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders.
- Look proactively for ways to improve daily operations.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office software.
- Have a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
- Able to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
