The Senior Python Developer will play a key role in leading technical delivery across multi-disciplinary teams. You'll be hands-on with coding, drive best practices, mentor others, and make sure the solutions delivered are robust, scalable, and truly user-focused.


Your key responsibilities as Senior Python Developer:

  • Lead the design and build of user-centred digital products.

  • Own the development and deployment pipelines, spotting and solving problems early.

  • Engage directly with stakeholders, explaining technical solutions clearly and confidently.

  • Mentor and support the growth of junior developers and engineers.

  • Represent technical excellence externally through blogs, workshops, and events.


What youll bring as Senior Python Developer:

  • Expert-level Python development skills and strong AWS Serverless experience (Lambda, DynamoDB, Eventbridge, Cloudwatch, CloudFormation).

  • Full-stack development ability with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Node, React, Angular).

  • Strong hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices design.

  • Confidence working with REST APIs, agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), and TDD.

  • Skilled in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, Azure DevOps, or Atlassian tools.
