The Role
- Support children with additional needs to access learning.
- Work with teachers and other TAs to deliver tailored interventions.
- Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions
- Possess an Enhanced child DBS or willingness to get one.
- Focus on building pupils' independence, communication and confidence.
- Create positive, motivating classroom environments.
Requirements
- Prior experience desirable but not essential.
- A caring, empathetic approach to children's needs.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Minimum GCSE English & Maths.
