Inventory & Supply Chain Manager
Location: Chapeltown S35, Sheffield (with occasional travel to Farnham)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a passion for efficiency and precision? Our client is seeking a dynamic Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of their end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a pivotal role that ensures their customers receive the highest level of service through reliable product availability and compliance with medical device distribution standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Supply Chain Operations: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, and distribution.
  • Manage Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels, traceability, and compliance with ISO and MHRA GDP standards.
  • Drive Supplier Performance: Build strong relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor KPIs to deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Forecast & Plan: Develop demand forecasts, implement reorder systems, and optimise stock health.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability across the supply chain.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain audit readiness and support ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (regulated industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of supplier and 3PL management.
  • ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central desirable).
  • Advanced Excel skills for forecasting and reporting.
  • Knowledge of GDP and healthcare supply chain standards is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
