- Support the wider procurement team with administrative tasks and coordination efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and process straightforward IT procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
- Work directly with contracts awarded via G-Cloud (training provided for those without public sector experience).
- Liaise with internal clients to understand requirements and ensure contract needs are met.
- Coordinate with technical teams and suppliers as needed to facilitate contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts handled.
