  • Assoc RICS (minimum 2 years post-qualification), MRICS or FRICS
  • Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible
  • Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold and HMO is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, problem- solving and effective communication skills

  • Encouraging high performance and cultivating a culture of success whilst being consistently mindful of the needs and well-being of your people whilst balancing the business operational objectives.
  • Delegating professional responsibility amongst your team especially utilising the skills and knowledge of Area Surveyors in the region.
  • Be an excellent communicator amongst key stakeholders within our business.
  • Have the ability to keep things simple.
  • Have a high regard to risk and be able to fully use the supporting Management Information provided and teams around you to mitigate this aspect.
  • Be open – minded to trying new initiatives and be able bring your own initiatives to the performance.
