We’re looking for ambitious, professional surveyors to join a vibrant, growing RICS-regulated practice that blends first-class service with a positive, supportive team culture. We’re passionate about quality, not quantity, and our ethos is built around delivering thorough, accurate reports without compromising your wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll primarily carry out pre-acquisition surveys for homebuyers, with opportunities to broaden into Expert Witness work, stock condition surveys, disrepair inspections and more. Every day is different, and we’ll help you develop into more complex areas if that’s where you want to go. Your focus? High-quality, client-focused work delivered with care and confidence.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Residential surveying experience and RICS or MCIOB membership (AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS or MCIOB)
  • Strong time management, communication, and a proactive attitude
  • A degree in a related field (e.g. Building Surveying or Building Pathology)
  • Skilled with surveying instruments and reporting tools
  • Customer-first mindset and pride in doing a job well
  • Right to work in the UK

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Own Your Schedule: Hit achievable targets—hard work is recognised with bonuses and rewards
  • Use Smart Tech: Our iPad-based system streamlines reporting so you can focus on the work, not the paperwork
  • Deliver Top Quality: Produce exceptional reports and be rewarded for going above and beyond
  • Keep Learning: We stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training and evolving services—you’ll grow with us
  • Stay Connected: Join in on virtual catch-ups, team socials and events to feel part of the family

What’s In It for You:

  • Fully remote working setup
  • Competitive salary, with performance-based bonuses and referral incentives
  • Full administrative support and diary management
  • Employee assistance programme and regular team get-togethers
  • Company pension, generous holiday package (FTE)
  • Ongoing CPD sessions, mentorship, and career development support
  • A fun, inclusive, and forward-thinking work culture
