Role: Transformation Delivery Lead
Location: Sheffield (2 days per week on-site) | Hybrid
Contract: Initial 6 months

Day Rate: From 500 via Umbrella
We are supporting a major UK infrastructure programme delivering a high-volume rollout of ground-based assets as part of a nationally significant upgrade aligned to net-zero objectives.
Key focus:
This is a hands-on delivery role for a practical transformation or delivery lead with a construction or engineering background. You will help build new delivery capability, embed new processes, and work directly with suppliers across the end-to-end construction lifecycle (design, installation, commissioning).
- Delivering a fast-paced portfolio of infrastructure units
- Building new teams, processes and ways of working
- Working closely with construction and engineering suppliers
- Improving visibility, governance and milestone control
- Operating in a safety-critical, site-based environment
What we're looking for:
- Strong delivery experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, logistics or materials
- Comfortable being a "doer" and being hands on
- Experience embedding new processes and working with supply chains
- Confident stakeholder engagement in complex delivery environments
