We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician / Van Mechanic with solid experience on vans and light commercial vehicles. You’ll be part of a modern, well-equipped workshop that offers a stable Monday to Friday pattern, great training, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician / Van Mechanic:

Service and repair vans and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs
Work confidently with diagnostic equipment and service tools
Carry out safety inspections, engine work, and general maintenance
Complete job cards and reports accurately
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment

Skills and Qualifications for a Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician / Van Mechanic:

Essential

Level 3 qualification in Light or Commercial Vehicle Maintenance experience as a Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician / Van Mechanic
Experience working on vans and light commercial vehicles
Confident with diagnostics, engine strip/rebuilds, and major repairs
Good communication skills and a methodical approach

Desirable
Experience in a franchised or main dealer environment
