Our client is looking for a hardworking individual who is enthusiastic about admin. Candidates will be willing to support the team of site engineers by contacting clients and updating the records/database. Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working within water treatment admin role
- Able to use IT software such as Microsoft Office suite
- Organised and time-efficient/effective
- Amazing communication when talking to contacts
- Good English skills
The role:
- Answering client questions and advising clients with any queries
- Scheduling appointments for legionella risk assessors and water engineers
- Keeping records up to date for example sample results and projects
- Maintaining good relationships both internal and external
- Support the team and promoting company values
- Processing reports for clients
