Location: Sheffield & Surrounding Areas
Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - Days or Shifts Available
Metalis are working with a variety of reputable manufacturing companies across the area, seeking skilled Welder/Fabricators to join their teams. These roles offer great opportunities to work on diverse projects.
Job Duties:
- Carrying out MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Measuring, cutting, and fabricating components to precise specifications.
- Operating hand tools, grinders, and cutting machinery.
- Performing quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards.
- Working to deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Previous experience in MIG and/or TIG welding and fabrication.
- Ability to work confidently from technical drawings.
- Knowledge of workshop safety and fabrication techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Flexible, team-oriented approach.
