TIG Welder 16 - 18+ per hour DOE
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled TIG welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will need to be time served /apprentice trained, have a strong background in working with metal components, including experience with hand tools and power tools. As a TIG welder, you will be responsible for welding metal parts to meet precise specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Site experience would be an advantage but not essential
Responsibilities
- Confident working with materials as thin as 0.8mm up to 60mm
- A strong background in aerospace, defence or similar industry
- Being able to fabricate just as well as you can weld is essential
- Work from technical drawings
- Well-practiced with stainless steel and aluminium
- Brazing experience would be desirable
- Flexible working hours on offer
- The TIG Welder Fabricator role is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours available.
Requirements
- Familiarity with TIG welding techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Expected hours: 50 per week, working 06:30am to 16:00 Monday to Friday with overtime after 40 hours paid at time and half and double time on a Sunday.
