Taskmaster Resources Ltd are pleased to be recruiting a skilled Tig Welder for our client based in Sheffield.
Our client designs and manufactures high-performance stainless steel systems.
This is a temporary-to-permanent role, and the pay rate per hour is £17.00 - £18.25 (depending on experience) immediate start is available.
The role will involve:
- welding stainless steel component parts together to produce assemblies to form products using TIG welding
- Fabricating simple and complex-shaped products using various techniques
- Ensure all products manufactured meet the necessary requirements/standards
- Operating other tools
- Ensure the equipment is well-maintained and safe
Desired skills:
- Previous experience with TIG welding
- Experience in fabricating simple and complex shapes
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Previous experience of welding filters, vessels or thin gauge steel would be advantageous
Working hours:
Rotational weekly days and alters:
Days: Monday to Thursday: 06:00am – 14:00pm
Friday: 06:00am - 11:00am
Afters: Monday to Thursday 14:00pm - 22:00pm
Friday: Friday: 11.00am - 16.00pm - plus overtime available at premium rate.
