Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their award winning pub in Bedfordshire. They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard. the pub uses all locally sourced produce where available and the role is 4.5 days a week with 3 nights off. Due to location you will need your own transport.

The Role
- Working on each section of the kitchen
- Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
- Managing and ordering for your own section
- Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
Experience
- You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
- Ability to work on each section
- Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations
