Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm (1hr unpaid lunch)

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a hands-on approach and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? If so, we want you to join our client’s team as a Warehouse Supervisor!

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll take charge of daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that requires strong leadership and a commitment to maintaining high standards. You’ll work closely with the team, lead by example, and keep the warehouse running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Oversee the preparation, dispatch, and receipt of stock, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Operate a Counterbalance forklift as needed for loading, unloading, and stock management.
  • Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and stock levels are maintained.
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training and developing team members to enhance performance.
  • Take a hands-on approach to all tasks, working alongside your team.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
  • Counterbalance and Flexi forklift licence (essential).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
