We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with Warehouse and/or Manufacturing experience to hit the ground running and work strongly within their team. Main responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:- To pick and dispatch customer orders from the warehouse to a high quality standard- Processing and checking delivery/order sheets, where strong attention to detail is needed- Follow and adhere to strict Health & Safety regulations- Checking incoming components for quantity and integrity, storing them in their correct locations- Loading and unloading lorries/vans using Forklift Truck- Quality inspection on all finished production readied to be dispatched What's needed as a Warehouse Operative:- Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence- Previous experience working within a Warehouse and/or Manufacturing environment- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads- A team player with a positive attitude- Basic IT skills- Full UK drivers licence, as you may be required to travel to the company's Bedford site- Self motivated and driven, with the determination to succeed and achieve goals and company aspirationsCompany benefits:- Private Health Care- 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service- Personal pension scheme with high employer contributions- Employee Assistance Programme Please apply within.
