Sales Account Manager - Audio Visual industry
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 basic + commission.
Location: Shepperton
Responsibilities:

Sales Revenue & Targets: Take ownership of your sales revenue, targets, and KPIs as set by Senior Management. Manage day-to-day sales activities, ensuring all sales opportunities are followed up from start to finish through email, websites, telephone communication, and regular virtual meetings with both existing customers and potential leads.

Business Development: Develop and execute a Sales Business Development Plan upon approval from Senior Management. Achieve weekly sales call targets, follow up on mailshots, promotional offers, and training dates.

Market Expansion: Seek sales opportunities in new vertical markets such as Commercial and Medical. Develop strong relationships with existing customer accounts to enhance sales across the full range of products and services.

Customer Engagement: Instigate and coordinate virtual meetings within the agreed sales territory as per weekly and monthly targets. Assist customers with basic system design and technical support to ensure they have the best possible solution.

Brand Management: Manage and drive the success of the brand. Gather market feedback and seek areas of improvement for both current products and future development of the portfolio.

Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers to stay updated on new products, procedures, or any changes in direction as directed by Senior Management.

Exhibitions: Attend exhibitions both in the UK and abroad.

Order Processing: Administer all sales order processing activities, including Sage, invoicing, credits, RMA returns, PayPal, Amazon Portal, PDQ payments, End of Day, and warranties.

Data Management: Keep up-to-date sales records and ensure all data is available to Senior Management through CRM, email, stock system, and Sage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales account management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales order processing systems.
- Knowledge of PCI Compliance and GDPR regulations
