As part of the continued growth of the Sales team, our clientare looking for a Junior Account Executive to support theAccount Executives with essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Account Executives across the Sales team
- Assist in setting up contract renewals and entering details into our internal systems
- Create and issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for client works
- Send welcome emails and introductory documents to clients
- Help maintain and update client information in our Field Service Management Software
- Assist in compiling FGAS logbooks and other client documentation
- Contribute to delivering a high standard of customer service through timely admin support
- Willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Clear and confident communication
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to teamwork
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Friendly, helpful, and eager to support others
