Benefits include a salary up to £25,000 DOE and 25 days holiday.As part of the continued growth of the Sales team, our client are looking for a Junior Account Executive to support the Account Executives with essential administrative tasks. This is an ideal role for an entry level candidate looking to begin their career in a professional and supportive office environment, with opportunities for learning and development.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Account Executives across the Sales team
  • Assist in setting up contract renewals and entering details into our internal systems
  • Create and issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for client works
  • Send welcome emails and introductory documents to clients
  • Help maintain and update client information in our Field Service Management Software
  • Assist in compiling FGAS logbooks and other client documentation
  • Contribute to delivering a high standard of customer service through timely admin support
